GlowReply ("we") helps small businesses generate replies to their Google reviews. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address and password (hashed) for account access
- Your business name, category, and brand voice settings
- The reviews you paste in or sync from Google
- The replies we generate for you
- Billing information (handled by DODO Payments. We never see your card)
- Basic usage analytics (page views, button clicks) via Vercel Analytics
What we do with it
- Generate review replies on your behalf using Claude (Anthropic)
- Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, billing receipts)
- Aggregate, anonymized usage stats to improve the product
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not use your reviews or replies to train AI models. Anthropic does not train on API inputs by default.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third-party services strictly required to run GlowReply: Anthropic (review reply generation), Supabase (database and auth), DODO Payments (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each is subject to their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your business data within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (DODO handles this on our behalf).
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@glowreply.co. We'll process the request within 7 days.
