GlowReply ("we") helps small businesses generate replies to their Google reviews. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address and password (hashed) for account access
- Your business name, category, and brand voice settings
- The reviews you paste in or sync from Google
- The replies we generate for you
- Billing information (handled by DODO Payments. We never see your card)
What we do with it
- Generate review replies on your behalf using Claude (Anthropic)
- Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, billing receipts)
- Aggregate, anonymized usage stats to improve the product
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third parties strictly required to run the service: Anthropic (review reply generation), Supabase (database and auth), and DODO Payments (billing). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@glowreply.co. We'll process the request within 7 days.
